Capgemini Jashn 2014
Capgemini Jashn 2014 – a 7 city Annual Day Event was planned and executed by LLE. Handling a crowd of about 10,000 in Bangalore, 2000 in Kolkata, 4,000 in Hyderabad, 700 in Gurgaon, 7000 in Pune, 5000 in Chennai and last but not the least 16,000 in Amchi Mumbai.
From hosts like Vishal Malhotra, Khushboo Grewal, RJ Danish Sait and more to celebrity singers like Benny Dayal, Usha Uthup, Sreeram Chandra, Andrea Jeremiah, Neeti Mohan, Chang and Shweta Pandit have all been a part of this fantabulous show
LLE handled the pre-event activities like Capgemini League of Champions which was the quiz contest, Wall of Fame which was a photography contest, pre-event hype at the Capgemini campus through flash mobs, interactive game sessions and much more!
We have been handling these shows since 4 years now and hope to continue doing the same for the coming years!
Google Lakme Fashion Week Photo Booth 2014
Google put up their Google+ AutoAwesome Photo Booth during the Lakme Fashion Week which was held from 11th to 16th March in Grand Hyatt.
The AutoAwesome feature takes 5-10 similar images and creates a GIF Image which is like a picture in motion.
The Photo Booth was a big hit as celebrities Kangana Ranaut, Malaika Arora Khan, Boman Irani, Nargis Fakhri, Gauhar Khan, Prachi Desai, Kalki Koechlin, Urmila Matondkar and many others got their pictures clicked at the Booth. We were clicking atleast 1000-1500 pictures in a day.
LLE designed and set up the booth and also helped with the putting the pictures up on the Lakme Fashion Week Page on Google+
HSBC India Investor Conference 2014
HSBC Investor Conference at Taj Lands End (Mumbai) on 10th and 11th Feb 2014
The conference gives the investors an insight into the current market and what factors play an important role in changing it
Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai, Country Head HSBC India & Director HSBC Asia Pacific welcomed the audience, Mr. Ajit Doval, Ex Head of Intelligence Bureau also gave his views on the India Security & Future Defence Policy, Mr Sanjay Pugalia, Editor-in-Chief of CNBC Awaaz, Mumbai was also present to address the audience
A bowling alley was also constructed so that the people could get involved in some playtime post the conference
Autodesk University Extension
Autodesk University Extension is an independently organised event - an offshoot of the Autodesk University held in the States each year.
The event attended by the top bosses of Autodesk APAC had multiple stages with HD projection technology.
The Autodesk University Extension was done for the first time in India and LLE managed and executed the event right from the start.

HSBC Road to Wimbledon
An evening with Tim Henman on 10th January 2014 (Delhi) & 12th January 2014 (Mumbai)

LLE planned and scripted the entire event to have the audience know Tim Henman better, interact with him & have fun with on-the-spot games to win memorabilia signed by him. Hosted by Vijay Amritraj in Delhi and Ayaz Memon in Mumbai
LLE Bangalore was given a task to come up with an idea to launch their store. Since malls are massive and we really can’t do a store launch as the store was set up inside the Lifestyle store, LLE keeping in mind the challenges suggested to showcase their range through a 16x16 display area at the atrium of the mall.
A 16x16 display area showcasing their range of products was showcased using the Kabuki Screen reveal Mechanism. A dance performance lead up to the reveal, which was followed by the Home Centre Canter Flag off, and lamp lighting at the store.
The event was attended by the Global CEO of Landmark group and the India Head.
While it was a challenging executing an event at the mall, with the mall authorities constantly on our backs, we had a ‘Happy Client’. With this event LLE Bangalore made an entry into Home Centre, a client who has already promised LLE the launch at Mohali & Pune.
Louis Phillipe Cup
The Louise Phillipe Cup is India’s Official golf league where top ranked professionals from 9 cities locked homs for the highest honors and the prize money of Rs. 1.20 crores. The event took place at the Bombay Presidency Golf Club, Mumbai and is one endorsed and sanctioned by the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI).
Laqshyaco-sponsored the Mumbai Team at the Louis Philippe Golf Tournament, along with Mr. KapilDev’s company – the DevEllora Group. LLE worked with RNGM (Rishi Narain Golf Management) to provide the ground support and production at the tournament at the Bombay Presidency Golf Club from the 17th to 22nd February 2014 and also managed the Celebrity Pro-Am Awards which felicitates the professional – amateurs of this tournament at the ITC Grand Central on the 18th of February 2014 with them.
